PPC was established by the former executive management staff of The   Allen Group EAP as a result of the sale of TAG on July 31, 2007. For nearly thirty years, TAG served a diverse client base, drawing from both public and private sector organizations. During that entire span of time, TAG also enjoyed a reputation for providing services of exceptional quality with an account retention rate exceeding 96%.

Drawing on this past experience, PPC's mission is to continue to provide the same delivery of outstanding support services to employee assistance programs servicing companies in Florida and nationally. Our customers particularly value our skill and reputation in the EAP field. We place these three decades of knowledge and expertise in direct service delivery and contract management at your disposal and will remove many of the headaches associated with managing extended service networks.

We are not an EAP, but instead a coalition of private practitioners. However, we are unique in that our network is comprised of employee assistance professionals with an orientation in "short term" therapy, we are in tune with the nuances of every aspect of the industry. Through our expansive network, we are capable of offering direct service counseling, rapid response to critical incidents, customized training and management consultations. At the same time we will provide the scheduling of appointments along with any necessary follow-up. Just a call from the referring EAP will set our team in motion. It is that simple. We are a "one-stop solution" for EAPs.
